The Rescue Rendezvous

Are you ready for some friendly competition? Challenge some skills you know- learn some you don’t. At this year’s rescue rendezvous event, you’ll be assigned to a team of rescuers from other units to compete through a circuit of nine stations.  Each station will explore a different rescue skill—some with a twist!  You’ll also get a chance to demo gear from our amazing conference vendors.  The winning teams will be honored that evening during the MRA Banquet Awards.

Team assignments will be included in your conference registration packet. Conference packets will be distributed at the registration table on Thursday evening and Friday morning. Additionally, posted team assignments will be displayed around the conference venue.

Time and Logistics: On Saturday (JUNE 8) morning - Come ready for action! Assemble at the north patio of the main lodge Saturday morning at 08:00 for the event briefing, to grab your sack lunch, and to find your team. Your team must report to its first station by 08:45. The Rescue Rendezvous event will be completed with all teams leaving the field by 15:00 just in time for happy hour, our silent auction, and the awards ceremony!
